Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from "glitana". If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return Window: The request must be initiated within [24 hr] of the delivery date.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable) with all original tags and labels still attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order number) is required.

  • Make a video : In case you are getting wrong item send us video.

2. Items Excluded from Returns/Exchanges

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Request Authorization: Please email our Customer Service team at [Insert Customer Service Email Address] with your Order Number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, along with the reason.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) along with the original packaging and a copy of your receipt/order number. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Shipping Costs

Reason for Return Shipping Responsibility
Change of Mind/Size Exchange The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Glitana will cover all shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label via email.


5. Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions outlined in Section 1, we will process your request.

Option Details
Refund A full refund of the product purchase price (minus any original shipping charges and return shipping costs, if applicable) will be credited to your original method of payment.
Exchange We will ship the requested replacement item (e.g., different size/colour) to you free of charge.
Store Credit You may opt to receive Glitana Store Credit for the full purchase price, which can be used for a future purchase.

Processing Time: Please allow [Number, e.g., 5-7] business days after our warehouse receives the return for the refund, exchange, or store credit to be processed. Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within [ 24 hours] of delivery) at  glitanajewelery.com. We will promptly resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund, including covering all shipping costs.
